French strawberry toast roll

 

Ingredients


°4 ­ -6 slices toast Texas or bread (slightly old or light toaster)


°3 eggs


°3T cold milk


°1 Te Honey


°1 T-Sugar Brown


°1 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg


°1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 t butter


+Fill:


°1 kg Philadelphia cream cheese


°1⁄2 C Sukkar


°2c fresh chopped strawberries


*Instructions


Make the filling by mixing all the ingredients together in a blender or hand blender until smooth. Stay chilled until ready to use.


Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat.


Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and honey together to make the custard. Mix well! Set aside.


Take one piece of Texas Toast and lie down on the chopping board. With a rolling pin, superficial each piece of bread is 1⁄2 inches thick. You should be somewhat skinny. Spread 2 tons of cream cheese mixture over one half side of the bread. Don't spread everywhere. Only half of one.


From half the cream cheese, roll it as shown in the photo (cream cheese mixture should be closed) and repeat with the remaining bread. Put a side folded down.



Next, add the butter to the pan. Dip each piece into the custard (egg/milk mixture) and fry immediately until golden brown on all sides, turning carefully every 1--2 minutes. They should be browned in about 4 -5 minutes. Don't crowded your frying pan.



They are made when the surface of the rolls is crispy brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon or favorite top layer and add warm maple syrup or honey.
