Mexican Casserole

 


Ingredients:


°1 pound lean mince

°1 Can Farm Beans

°1 10 Oz bag tortilla chips, crushed

°1 Can Tomato Ro-tel

°1 small onion cut into cubes

°2 C ColbyJack cheese divided

°1 Taco Seasoning Package

°1 box chicken soup cream°

°Water 1⁄3 

°Sour cream and sauce to serve


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a large frying pan, brown meat and strain fat. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, onions, tacos, soups and water. Simmer on medium-low heat to everything is well combine and heated.


Greasd casserole dish 9 × 13. Layer the ground tortilla flakes, followed by a layer of meat/bean mixture, then half the cheese.

Repeat the layers. Covering with foil and bake for 20-30 mn, or until bubbly

Leave for 5 minutes before serving.

Top with sour cream and sauce
